Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 2 cans cream of mushroom
- milk
Method
- Brown pork chops in frying pan.
- Empty 1 can cream of mushroom into 2 cup measuring cup and mix.
- Add milk to get 2 cups.
- Empty into baking dish.
- When chops are browned, spread them out in the baking dish.
- Mix second can same as first and pour over top of pork chops.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour in preheated oven, uncovered.
