- 6 center-cut pork chops
- brown sugar
- lemon juice
- 6 sliced onions
- ketchup
Method
- Lay pork chops in 2-quart casserole.
- Put a slice of onion on each.
- Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and a small teaspoon of brown sugar.
- Put a few drops of ketchup on each one. Repeat in layers until all chops are used.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
