Ingredients
- 1 c. brown rice, cooked
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 3/4 c. parsley, chopped
Method
- Saute onion and garlic in melted butter; add to rice.
- Beat egg and milk.
- Add egg mixture, grated cheese and chopped parsley to rice mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes in 350° oven.
