Ingredients
- 13 cup carrot, diced
- 12 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 6 red potatoes, peeled and diced
- 8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 12 cup chicken broth
- 1 12 lbs chicken, diced
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon flour
Method
- Layer first five (5) ingredients into a 4-5 quart Crockpot in given order.
- Pour broth over top - do not stir.
- Add diced chicken.
- Stir together remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and spoon over chicken.
- Do not stir, cover and cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.
