Ingredients

  • 13 cup carrot, diced
  • 12 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 6 red potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 12 cup chicken broth
  • 1 12 lbs chicken, diced
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Method

  • Layer first five (5) ingredients into a 4-5 quart Crockpot in given order.
  • Pour broth over top - do not stir.
  • Add diced chicken.
  • Stir together remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and spoon over chicken.
  • Do not stir, cover and cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.
