Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple in juice, drained, reserving 3 Tbsp. pineapple jucie
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Method
- Combine sugar, flour and juice; heat over low heat until some of the sugar melts.
- Stir in pineapple and cheese.
- Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, place the crushed crackers on top and drizzle margarine over the crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
