Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 5 tsp. butter
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. strip ham
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 8 oz. spinach fettucini
- 8 oz. egg fettucini
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- salt and pepper
Method
- Saute mushrooms in butter and oil on high heat.
- Reduce heat and add ham and peas.
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Add 4 tablespoons butter and cheeses to noodles.
- Add cream and then mushroom mix. Serve hot.
