- 1 lb. box macaroni
- 2 lb. Mozzarella
- 2 lb. Cheddar (mild)
- 1 can whole ripe olives, pitted
- 3 small cans mushrooms, cut
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 large cans whole tomatoes
- 1 jar Ragu marinated sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Bring macaroni to boil in boiler pot (do not overcook); drain.
- Grate Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar (put in separate pans).
- Cut olives in half (place to side); drain off liquid.
- Open mushrooms and drain.
