Ingredients

  • 1 lb. box macaroni
  • 2 lb. Mozzarella
  • 2 lb. Cheddar (mild)
  • 1 can whole ripe olives, pitted
  • 3 small cans mushrooms, cut
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 2 large cans whole tomatoes
  • 1 jar Ragu marinated sauce

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Bring macaroni to boil in boiler pot (do not overcook); drain.
  • Grate Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar (put in separate pans).
  • Cut olives in half (place to side); drain off liquid.
  • Open mushrooms and drain.
