Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinned chicken breasts
- 2 tsp virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 6 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp dry leaf tarragon
- 2 tsp dry leaf basil
- 1/2 tsp warm red pepper flakes Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Method
- Trim any fat from chicken breasts and lb.
- lightly between two sheets of waxed paper to flatten.
- Coat with extra virgin olive oil and place in a baking dish.
- Add in wine, lemon juice, herbs and pepper flakes, turning chicken to coat both sides.
- Cover dish with foil.
- Bake 25 to 30 min, till chicken is cooked through.
