- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 3/4 stick oleo, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 stick oleo
Method
- Thaw potatoes; mix with oleo, salt, pepper, onion, soup and sour cream.
- Add cheese.
- Place in casserole; cover with corn flake crumbs, mixed with oleo.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
