Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage meat
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 to 5 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown sausage meat; pour off most of grease.
- Add flour to absorb remainder of grease.
- Pour in milk; add salt and pepper. Simmer.
- Water may be added if gravy becomes too thick.
