Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 egg whites
- pinch of salt
Method
- Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt.
- Cook in small saucepan until clear.
- Cool slightly.
- Beat egg whites until frothy. Continue beating while pouring in cooked mixture.
- Continue beating 5 minutes.
