Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. each sage and thyme
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Method

  • On waxed paper, mix flour, sage and thyme.
  • Coat chicken with mixture.
  • Melt margarine in skillet.
  • Add pieces of chicken and cook slowly until browned on both sides.
  • Add soup and 1/2 cup water, stirring to loosen browned bits.
  • Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Serve over hot cooked rice.
