Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. each sage and thyme
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- On waxed paper, mix flour, sage and thyme.
- Coat chicken with mixture.
- Melt margarine in skillet.
- Add pieces of chicken and cook slowly until browned on both sides.
- Add soup and 1/2 cup water, stirring to loosen browned bits.
- Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
