Ingredients
- 2 large baking potatoes (approximately 2 lb.)
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into 3/8-inch slices.
- Toss potatoes with ingredients in bowl.
- Place potatoes single layer on greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 475° for 15 minutes.
- Turn over and bake 10 minutes longer or until crisp and tender.
- Serves 4.
