Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) can navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup quartered grape or cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
