Ingredients
- 2 lb. haddock of cod fillets
- 1 large sliced tomato
- 1 large sliced onion
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
Method
- Spray baking dish with Pam or lightly grease with oil.
- Place fish in dish.
- Alternate slices of tomato and onion on fish at a slant.
- Pour Italian dressing over fish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until fish is lightly flaky.
