Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/4 green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- 2 pkg. Cup-a-Soup chicken noodle flavor
- 2 c. water
Method
- Brown sausage in large skillet.
- Do not drain.
- Add green pepper and toss.
- Add Cup-a-Soup, rice and water.
- Simmer until water is gone.
