Ingredients
- 6 heads endive
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the endive in a buttered baking dish and add the butter, chicken stock, salt and pepper.
- Cover with waxed paper or foil.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until endive is tender.
