Ingredients
- 6 slices round bread, toasted
- 1 can deviled ham - 4 1/2 oz.
- 6 eggs room temperature
- salt & pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Separate eggs, keeping yolks in egg shells.
- Beat whites, with a dash of salt & pepper, until soft peaks form.
- Spread toast with ham; mound whites on top.
- Make indentation with back of the spoon; slip in egg yolk.
- Bake 20 minutes, until the yolks are set and egg whites are golden.
- Serve with warm bacon.
