Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 pkg. (about 1 lb.) Turkey Select fresh boneless turkey strips
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 medium red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 4 green onions, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces

Method

  • In large bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch. Add turkey and turn to coat.
  • In large skillet, heat oil and cook garlic and turkey mixture over high heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes.
  • Stir in peppers and onions. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
