- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 pkg. (about 1 lb.) Turkey Select fresh boneless turkey strips
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 4 green onions, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
Method
- In large bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch. Add turkey and turn to coat.
- In large skillet, heat oil and cook garlic and turkey mixture over high heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes.
- Stir in peppers and onions. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
