Ingredients
- 2 bags corn
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Place 1 bag of corn in blender with milk, eggs and flour. Blend until creamy.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place the second bag of corn; stir in blender and mix.
- Cut butter into pats on top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 1 hour or until firm.
