Ingredients
- 1 jar dried beef
- 9 bacon slices
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 9 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
Method
- Line a greased casserole dish (9 x 13-inch) with dried beef. Place chicken on top with bacon strip on each chicken piece.
- Mix soup.
- Add milk and sour cream.
- Pour over all.
- Place in cold oven at 250° and bake for 4 hours, uncovered.
- Serve over rice, noodles or pasta.
