Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Cream
- 1/3
- sugar with butter (soft), and salt in small bowl. Blend
- extract,
- 2 tablespoons milk and remaining sugar into mixture.
- Gradually
- add remaining milk to mixture until consistency desired.
- Icing does 36 cupcakes.
