Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple, not drained
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 qt. blueberries
Method
- In a medium size Pyrex dish, layer blueberries on bottom, then pineapple, nuts, sugar and lemon juice.
- Top with dry cake mix. Dot with melted margarine.
- Bake at 350° until blueberries bubble and cake mix makes crust, approximately 30 minutes.
