Ingredients
- 8 good sized chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 1/2 oz. pkg. chipped beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. commercial sour cream
Method
- Wrap each chicken breast in bacon.
- Layer chipped beef in bottom of 8 x 12-inch greased baking dish.
- Arrange chicken breasts on beef.
- Mix soup and sour cream; pour over the top.
- Can be refrigerated.
- Bake, uncovered, in 275° oven for 3 hours.
