Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, skinned
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 small pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken or any flavor), rolled fine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • butter, melted

Method

  • Mix together sour cream with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, paprika and garlic salt.
  • Dip chicken breasts in sour cream mixture and roll in stuffing mix.
  • Arrange in a shallow, greased baking dish.
  • Brush with melted butter.
  • Place, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
