- 8 chicken breasts, skinned
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 small pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken or any flavor), rolled fine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- butter, melted
Method
- Mix together sour cream with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, paprika and garlic salt.
- Dip chicken breasts in sour cream mixture and roll in stuffing mix.
- Arrange in a shallow, greased baking dish.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Place, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
