Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 qt. water
- seasoned salt
- black pepper
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 c. rice
Method
- Wash chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in roaster pan and pour in water.
- Bake until chicken is done. Pour rice in pan with the chicken and its broth.
- Add the can of chicken broth to rice and chicken made broth. Bake until rice is done.
