Ingredients
- 1 package (about 8.5 Oz. Package) Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 2 sticks Melted Butter
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Creamed Corn
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Whole Kernel Corn
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and spread in a 13x9 pan. Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.
- This is super rich, but it is a nice treat every once in a while. We like it at Thanksgiving!
