Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3 lb. spareribs
Method
- Combine the first 7 ingredients; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Set aside.
- Roast the spareribs in a 500° oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°.
- Roast 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with the sauce.
