Ingredients
- 1 (3 or 4 lb.) brisket
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- potatoes
- carrots
Method
- Put brisket in roasting pan, fat side up.
- Add other ingredients.
- Add water to 1 inch.
- Bake, covered, 3 to 4 hours at 350°.
- Add potatoes and carrots in last hour.
