Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Baby Brie Round
  • 1 whole Puff Pastry Sheet

Method

  • Even before you begin, youll need to let the sheet of puff pastry thaw on the counter.
  • Take it out of the packaging, and keep it folded on the counter to thaw.
  • Itll take about 40 minutes.
  • If you start to unfold it and it kind of cracks, let it sit a little longer.
  • You could also use some water or an egg wash to seal up any cracks.

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2.
  • Unwrap the brie.
  • With a knife, remove the outer casing.
  • You can always leave this on, but I dont really like it ... so I take it off.

  • When the casing is off, place the brie in the center of the puff pastry sheet.
  • 4.
  • Take each corner of the puff pastry sheet and bring it to the middle of the brie to wrap it.
  • Seal up the brie as best you can with the sheet.

  • Flip it so the folds are facing down and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  • You dont have to overly grease the sheet; you can use a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Also, if you prefer, you CAN leave the cheese to bake with the folds facing up, but I didnt do that.
  • 6.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
  • 7.
  • Transfer it carefully to a plate or a serving platter.
  • Serve with bagel chips, melba toast, fruit preserves or whatever you please.
  • Itll definitely be a crowd pleaser!
