Ingredients
- 1 wedge Brie
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 egg white
Method
- Roll crescent dough flat like pastry.
- Reserve about 1/3 for decoration, if desired.
- Wrap Brie wedge completely in dough and seal.
- Place in baking dish with sealed side on bottom.
- Use reserved dough for cutting decorations to place on top (I cut small leaves).
- Brush with lightly beaten egg white.
- Bake at 350° until browned and bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
