Ingredients
- 6 large bananas
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/3 c. shredded coconut
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Peel and cut bananas into bite size chunks.
- Place bananas in shallow baking dish.
