Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. finely grated Parmesan or Romano
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1/4 c. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Method
- Run artichoke hearts through food processor.
- Combine with all other ingredients, except 2 tablespoons of the cheese and the bread crumbs.
- Put mixture in a greased 1-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven (375°) for 20 minutes.
