Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. finely grated Parmesan or Romano
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. mayo
  • 1/4 c. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Method

  • Run artichoke hearts through food processor.
  • Combine with all other ingredients, except 2 tablespoons of the cheese and the bread crumbs.
  • Put mixture in a greased 1-quart casserole.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Bake in a preheated oven (375°) for 20 minutes.
