Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk or heavy cream
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
- 2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
Method
- Melt butter.
- Blend in flour and seasonings.
- Cook until smooth and bubbly.
- Heat to boil and continue boiling for 1 minute.
- Stir in sherry, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
- Great for leftover turkey or chicken.
