Ingredients

  • 5 slices bacon
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar

Method

  • Cut bacon into 1/4 inch pieces and fry until crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Discard all drippings except for 2 TBL. Cook mushrooms in drippings until tender (5 minutes) Stir in A-1, Sherry and brown sugar. Add in cooked bacon. Heat to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over grilled steak of your choice.
