Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) package firm tofu
  • 0.5 (12 ounce) package bacon

Method

  • Drain a piece of firm tofu by putting the tofu on a plate and then a bowl full of water on the top of the tofu for about 30 minutes.
  • Cut the tofu into thick rectangle pieces, and cut each bacon into 2 pieces( I trimmed the really fat part of the bacon before using it).
  • Then wrap each tofu piece with a bacon piece.
  • Heat a frying pan(medium heat), and fry both sides of the bacon and tofu roll.
  • When it's almost done, drizzle a little bit of say sauce over and continue fry both sides until done.
