Ingredients
- 4 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 2/3 cup buttery Wesson oil
Method
- Mix flour, sugar and yeast well.
- Set aside.
- Mix water and oil. Combine the two mixtures.
- Bake at 400° to 425° from 12 to 15 minutes in buttered muffin tins.
- Dough keeps in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
