Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk sausage (warm)
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 jar Pizza Quick or possibly other pizza sauce
  • 2 loaves party rye bread

Method

  • Brown sausage and drain well.
  • (After draining, put on paper towels to absorb more grease).
  • Slice cheese and heat in pan.
  • Add in sausage and mix well.
  • Spread on slices of party rye bread.
  • Top each with tsp.
  • pizza sauce.
  • Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
  • Freeze on cookie sheets, then transfer to storage containers.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 min or possibly till bubbly.
  • Don't have to thaw.
