Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 4 medium tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Method
- In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
- Drain on paper towel and crumble.
- Combine bacon and blend with sour cream.
- Cut ends off tomatoes and cut tomatoes in half.
- Saute cut side of tomatoes in bacon drippings.
- Turn over.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with sour cream mixture.
- Cover. Saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
