Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
  • Drain on paper towel and crumble.
  • Combine bacon and blend with sour cream.
  • Cut ends off tomatoes and cut tomatoes in half.
  • Saute cut side of tomatoes in bacon drippings.
  • Turn over.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Top with sour cream mixture.
  • Cover. Saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
