Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 small tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 2 canned green chili peppers, seeded and chopped
- tortilla chips or corn chips for dippers
Method
- In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Crumble and set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash avocados.
- Stir in lemon juice, onions, salt, tomato, chili peppers and crumbled bacon.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
