Ingredients

  • 12 qt. baby arugula
  • 12 qt. baby spinach leaves
  • 24 each hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 3 cups bacon bits
  • 12 qt. canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1-1/2 qt. red peppers, julienned
  • 1-1/2 qt. won ton strips
  • 2-1/4 qt. Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing

Method

  • For each serving: Place 1 cup (250 mL) each arugula and spinach on serving plate.
  • Top with 1/2 egg (1 oz./30 g), 1 Tbsp.
  • (15 mL) bacon, 1/4 cup (50 mL) oranges, 1/2 oz.
  • (15 g) peppers and 2 Tbsp.
  • (30 mL) won ton strips.
  • Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  • (45 mL) dressing.
