Ingredients

  • 16 oz. lasagne noodles
  • 32 oz. Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Brown the ground chuck.
  • Drain the grease off the meat and rinse with hot water.
  • Add Prego to the ground chuck in pan.
  • In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put 1/4 of the meat sauce mixture in bottom of pan, then a layer of uncooked lasagne noodles, then 1/4 of the meat sauce mixture, 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, mixed with cottage cheese.
  • Repeat noodles, meat sauce and cheese until you have 3 layers.
  • Pour 1 cup water over outside edge.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
