Ingredients
- 2 Avocados, diced
- 1 Mango, diced
- 1 Spanish Onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Handful Flat parsley leaves, chopped roughly
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Chilli Flakes
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients gently. Do not overmix to keep the colors unique.
