Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 Oz. Can)
  • 1 cup Miniature Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Note: Chill your mixing bowl and beater blade for 30 minutes before making the ice cream. It will speed up your whipping time.
  • In a well chilled mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another larger bowl smash the avocado, add the condensed milk and stir to combine. Fold the whipped cream in. Gently stir the chocolate chips into the mixture. Spoon into a freezer safe container and freeze until solid or overnight.
