- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 Toast
- 1 Tomatoe
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive paste
- 2 tsp Parmesan Cheese
Method
- Spread avo on toast then add sliced tomatoes.
- Spread the olive paste over that and sprinkle parmasean cheese ontop.
- add salt and pepper to taste
