Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 sticks butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream butter, margarine and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and cream until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Place cake in cold oven and bake 2 hours at 300°.
