Ingredients
- 24 slices white bread
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 cans asparagus tips, drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
Method
- Trim crust from bread and roll flat. Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and
- mayonnaise. Spread on bread slices. Place asparagus tips on bread diagonally and roll up bread. Brush with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
