Ingredients

  • 3 ounce Dry angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb Asparagus, cut diagonally into 2 inch pcs, (I got 10 ounces after breaking off the tough lower stalks)
  • 3 ounce Red onion, sliced and quartered, (about 1/2 c.)
  • 6 x Canned artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1 c. Unsweetened frzn blackberries, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. Raspberry vinegar
  • 2 x Sweet n'Low packets, (or possibly 1 Tbsp. sugar if you prefer)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Fat free Italian dressing Couple twists of grnd pepper

Method

  • Break pasta into one to one and one-half inch pcs.
  • Cook in boiling water for about 5 min or possibly till done the way you like them.
  • Rinse with cool water and set aside.
  • Place onions and asparagus in steamer and steam about 6 min.
  • Rinse with cool water and drain well.
  • Stir asparagus and onions into the pasta and add in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Refrigeratewell.
