Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound asparagus
- Cook asparagus until soft. Cool, puree in food processor.
- 1 T mayo
- 1 T lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 jalapeno, with seeds, minced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/8 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp each hot sauce, salt, pepper
- Add all other ingredients and mix well by hand.
Method
- You need a food processor for this, a blender will get jammed up.
- Serve with your favorite chips.
