Ingredients
- 1 large apricot gelatin mix
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 - 4 oz. small baby food apricot, strained
- 1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. pecans, chopped
- 1- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- In small sauce pan, combine jello, sugar, and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir and dissolve well.
- Remove from heat.
- Add baby food and pineapple with juice.
- Stir and set aside for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and Cool Whip until smooth. Pour into fruit mixture and mix together.
- Stir in pecans and refrigerate until firm.
